I always receive excellent service when my family eats here. All of the staff always seems very friendly and helpful.
Good food. Moderate prices. Friendly staff. One of the best places to eat around here. Also, if they inadvertently get something wrong, they make it right.
Good food, good service. Nice clean place. I had the bacon swiss and it wasn't greasy or dripping with grease. I told the waitress steak fries and she suggested seasoned....much better. My mother and I had a good meal and a nice time talking and the food didn't break the bank. The Hartford City Richards is much nicer and cleaner than the one here in Portland. Wish they'd remodel the Portland one like Hartford City's....

Probably one of the worst place I've been to as far as hospitality goes and service was poor as well hard time getting refills and not once did someone come by to ask how the food was, and the food tasted straight from a can and generic. Not mention it took a while to get service, and there were 3 people who worked there at the cash register when we went to cash out and as soon as we got to it they walked away they sat and stared at us like we were less than them.... First and last time i go here I'll drive to muncie for overall a better experience.
They offer a good variety of foods - at affordable prices. They also have different specials and desserts everyday.
Had salad bar! Love their pickled beets! And price was reasonable. Food was fresh, no red or brown lettuce on bar! Have never had a bad meal here!
